INTRODUCING... PETAL
As many of you remember, PETAL is the big sister of my first sculpture CHARLOTTE. Several years ago, PETAL had 13 piglets born and had to enlist the help of Auntie CHARLOTTE to care for three of her piglets, known to many of you as CHARLOTTE'S CHARGE. Although PETAL is currently a solitary sculpture, you may notice that she has an attitude directed to something behind her….. the other siblings are on their way!
PETAL is a big gal measuring 28 inches in length, 14 inches wide and 23 inches tall and will provide a great little ride for young children. Her retail price will start at $6400.00 when she makes her debut at Sculpture in the Park in Loveland, Colorado in August, 2007.

YEAR-END UPDATE
"A truly divinely guided decision was made to move to the southwest...It feels as if I was always meant to be here... the sky, the landscape, the colors, the artistic community, the vastness, the weather...all have been a great inspiration for me. Besides my sculpture, I am painting and doing some exciting clayprints. To quote a friend..."a volcano of creativity." I am truly inspired here." view full article [pdf file]
